Hullabaloo Craft Kits – Delivery and Returns

DELIVERIES

  • IRELAND INCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND:

–  Jewellery Making Kits: €3 for first kit/€4.50 for 2 kits/€6.50 for 3 or more kits

–  Canvas Bag and T-Shirt Design Kits: €4.50 for first kit, €6.50 for 2-5 kits (via standard An Post delivery).  €14 for 6 or more kits (via Express Delivery).

–  Flower Crown Design Kits: €4.50 for first kit, €6.50 for 2-5 kits (via standard An Post delivery).  €14 for 6 or more kits (via Express Delivery).

If guaranteed next day delivery is required, please email us at fun@hullabaloo.ie ASAP and we will confirm by return of email if we can arrange this for your deadline.

  • UK: €7.50 for the first kit and €3.50 for each additional kit thereafter.
  • Deliveries will be either by An Post or courier service. Please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch from the date you placed the order.
  • Following our email confirmation of despatch, your order will be delivered within 3 working days within Ireland and within 1 week to UK..

Please note – Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, there may be delays with postal services.  This could affect some parts of the IRELAND more than others.

If guaranteed next day delivery is required, please email us at fun@hullabaloo.ie ASAP.  We will confirm by return of email if we can arrange this for your deadline.

RETURNS

  • Any issues with your DIY craft kits once they arrive, or should you wish to discuss an exchange, please contact us within 5 working days to discuss.
  • If you change your mind, orders may be be returned within 14 days. Please contact us via fun@hullabaloo.ie to make arrangements for this.
  • Original postage costs are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unopened and all contents and supplementary resources accounted for. Should returned goods be tampered with or damaged we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
  • When returning goods ensure they are well packaged.  Postage is at your own expense, we advise using a tracked service.  Please retain proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving your return. We will notify you via e-mail once this is processed.
